Spring Bottling

Rain or shine, it's bottling time.

            

It's a Rendez-vous tradition- bringing the team together to bottle our wine.

This is a side of the industry many never see.

. . .

 

Three times a year a large bottling truck pulls up early in the AM and we spend 12 hours on average dedicated to filling up new cases.

. . .

This is a long and rewarding process. We like to think it helps build character and appreciation for our wine.

. . .

   

All of our grapes are sourced only from local Clarksburg AVA.  Our cellar is located at the Old Sugar Mill as well as our Tasting Room. Our wines are always just a few miles from us.

We see our wines from fruit to bottle. 

. . .

  

  Don't worry, we fully enjoy the fruits of our labor. And so do you!
