Receipt of payment of vendor fee is required to secure your space.

It will be the vendor’s responsibility to provide any necessary tables and shade (no larger than a standard Pop Up Tent), equipment, linens, decorations, garbage (if needed) and supplies for each booth. Each vendor will be responsible for set up and clean up of their assigned area. Please return used space to its’ original conditions. Security of items is solely the responsibility of the vendor.  A vendor fee of $10 is to be paid to RVW by all participating vendors. 

 

Vendor arrival and set up will begin at 10:30 am on Saturday May 9, 2026. The event will run from 12 pm to 4 pm outside at The Shop by Rendez-vous (2025 16th Street, Sacramento). Booth assignment will be pre-determined based on final confirmed vendors and products.

 

We will have a raffle during the event and ask for any donation of prizes from vendors. This can be something tangible or a gift card or promo for future services.
