Thank you for your interest in participating in Summer Sip & Shop (SSS) 2024 at Rendez-vous Winery (RVW)! 
Receipt of payment of vendor fee is required to secure your space at SSS.

It will be the vendor’s responsibility to provide any necessary table (no larger than one 6 foot table), equipment, linens, decorations, garbage (if needed) and supplies for each booth. Each vendor will be responsible for set up and clean up of their assigned area. Please return used space to its’ original conditions. Security of items is solely the responsibility of the vendor.  A vendor fee of $20 is to be paid to RVW by all participating vendors. 

 

Vendor arrival and set up will begin at 5 pm on Friday, August 23. The event will run from 6 pm to 9 pm inside our Tasting Room, Galleria of the Old Sugar Mill. Booth assignment will be pre-determined based on final confirmed vendors and products.

 

We will have a raffle at the end of the night and ask for any donation of prizes from vendors. This can be something tangible or a gift card or promo for future services.
