If you've ever been to Rendez-vous Winery Club de Vin party, you've probably eaten a delicious meal prepared by Jen (who wears more than a chef's hat...she's also our tasting room manager).  She's been feeding our wine club for eight years and counting.  She's got a culinary degree and a passion for food and wine pairings!  

You're invited to dinner with Chef Jen this week.  Jenifer's Cajun Butter Steak pairs perfectly with warm fall evenings and is positively gorgeous paired with our 2019 Delta Dusk or 2021 Chardonnay...plus, since you crack a bottle of wine to use in the recipe you've got an excuse to have a glass while you're cooking. 

Jen recommends enjoying her recipe with creamy mashed potatoes and garlicky green beans.  You'll find her at the grill making this with a glass of Delta Dusk in hand, listening to 90's pop classics or her favorite Spotify station called Acoustic Covers (click here to jam with Jen) and kicking her feet up with grilled pineapple shortcake and Law & Order repeats after dinner.
